What is my PIN?
Your pin is a password to access the library catalog. Your pin may be any combination of four or more letters and numbers.

What is my user ID?
Your user ID is your library card number.

How do I place multiple holds?
Click the “Catalog” link in the navigation bar.
Enter library card number and pin in the provided fields.
Search the catalog for titles.
If one title is displayed, click “Place Hold”
If multiple titles are displayed, click “Details” on the one of interest.
Then click “Place Hold.”
Continue process until all holds have been placed.
Click “Logout.”

How do I place one hold?
Click the “Catalog” link in the navigation bar.
Search the catalog for titles.
If one title is returned click “Place Hold.”
If multiple titles are returned, click “Details” on the one of interest.
Then click “Place Hold.”
Login with library card and pin and click “Place Hold.”

How do I renew materials?
Click the “ My Account” link in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Select “Renew my Materials.”
Enter your library card number and pin in the provided fields.
Click the “List Charged Items” button.
Select the checkbox in front of each item you would like to renew.
If an item is non-renewable, you will be notified on the next screen.

How do I check a due date?
Click the “My Account” link in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Select the “Review my Account” link.
Enter your library card number and pin in the provided fields.
Click the “Display User Information” button.

How do I change my PIN?
Click the “My Account” link in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Select the “User PIN Change” link.
Enter your library card number, existing pin and new pin in the provided fields.
Click the “Change PIN” button.
